Do you offer PayPal or Afterpay?

Yes. For your convenience and peace-of-mind, Stoned & Infused offer PayPal, Afterpay and Laybuy for transactions and orders, both in Australia and Internationally.

 

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days. These times may vary during peak periods such as promotional periods, holiday seasons and when we are experiencing high volumes of orders. Please also allow a little extra time for custom-made orders while we create them especially for you. Stoned & Infused will always endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders can generally take up to 4-7 business days during non promo/peak periods for all Australian metro orders, and up to 6-10 business days for all rural and WA orders. These times may vary during peak and promotional periods.

Shipping for all International orders can take up to 4 weeks, depending on location and the country you live in.

At Stoned & Infused, we will always try to get your order to you as soon as possible.

 

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Yes, we absolutely do! However, our website courier service Sendle does not deliver to PO Box addresses. In this instance, please simply place your order via email at customerservice@stonedandinfused.com with what you would like to purchase. Our Stoned & Infused team will then send you an order number and an invoice for your order with a flat shipping rate of $10 included which can be paid securely through PayPal. Once this is paid, our Stoned & Infused team will have your order shipped to your PO Box address via Australia Post with a Tracking Number included.

 

A notification box has popped up at checkout saying that my order cannot be shipped to my address. What do I do?

While our website courier service Sendle delivers to most addresses throughout Australia and 220 international countries, there may be some addresses that Sendle cannot deliver to, depending on your location. In the very rare instance that this happens, just like our process with shipping to PO Boxes, please place your order via email at customerservice@stonedandinfused.com with what you would like to purchase. Our Stoned & Infused team will then send you an order number and an invoice for your order with a flat shipping rate of $10 included which can be paid securely through PayPal. Once this is paid, our Stoned & Infused team will have your order shipped to your PO Box address via Australia Post with a Tracking Number included.

 

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes. To ensure the safety and security of your order, we have our deliveries through Sendle set to require a signature on delivery. If you wish to have your order left at your front door without a signature, please send us an email at customerservice@stonedandinfused.com after placing your order, or alternatively, you can send us a message via the Stoned & Infused Contact Form.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Stoned & Infused ship internationally to 220 international locations including New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom and Asia.

Additional costs, import duties, customs and taxes may apply to countries outside of Australia. As we have no control over this, it is recommended that you contact your customs office for any additional costs relevant to your country.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary depending on your location in Australia and the country you live in internationally. Stoned & Infused use courier service Sendle, who offer competitive shipping rates, fast delivery and exceptional service.

Sendle's parcel shipping options and exact shipping costs will be automatically calculated for you as part of the checkout process before payment is required on our Stoned & Infused website, so it's really simple. This automatic calculation will depend on the weight of your order and the location your order is being shipped to.

We also offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within Australia.

 

What is your returns policy?

Exchanges and returns are available at the discretion of Stoned & Infused within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as products are returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. Exchanges and returns only apply to full-priced items.

Please note: Shipping costs for the return and re-send of goods are at the consumers expense.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

All of our items are thoroughly quality checked as part of the packing process before leaving our studio. We will always do our very best to ensure that every order arrives to you in perfect condition. If your order does however arrive to you in a damaged or faulty condition, please email us at customerservice@stonedandinfused.com within 72hrs with your order number and a photo and description of the problem, and our Stoned & Infused team will do their very best to resolve it for you.

  

Are your oil rollers safe to use on babies, toddlers or pregnant women?

While our Oil Roller Blends are 100% natural and made from the highest quality essential oils, we do not recommend using them on babies, toddlers or if you are pregnant.

 

Are your crystals ethically sourced?

Yes. All of our crystals have been ethically sourced from Brazil, Peru, Africa and Australia, and are carefully and thoughtfully chosen by our experienced Stoned & Infused team. Each ethically sourced crystal has also been cleansed and energised before leaving our studio, and are ready for you to take some quality time to set your own positive and personal intentions that are unique and special to you.
